Last week I posted the above picture and asked for guesses as to where it is located. Eight people knew where to find the carving.
Congratulations to everyone who knew the carving can be found on the Tree of Life in Animal Kingdom. Looking at the carving it’s pretty easy for people who know Disney to know it’s a part of that icon in the park. As Kevin said in the comments “Seems like a trick question,” but it wasn’t and you all got it right!
This particular carving is one of over 300 that can be found on the tree, which stands 145 feet tall and towers over the park. It can even be seen from higher elevations around Disney World, I was able to see it from my room at Gran Destino Tower. Chances are you will see something new every time you look at the tree.

At the base of the tree guests can see a variety of live animals. Lemurs, flamingos, kangaroos, and tortoises are some of the animals guests can visit when exploring the area around the Tree of Life.
Another fun feature of this tree is that it houses a theater. The theater is the former home of “It’s Tough to Be a Bug,” but that show closed early this year. The replacement show, called “Zootopia: Better Zoogether!,”is themed after Zootopia and has not opened yet.
Thanks to everyone who played along and congratulations to everyone who knew where to find the carving! Another Where is it Wednesday picture will be up soon. How many carvings have you found on the Tree of Life?
Thanks for reading!
