There has been some speculation over whether or not Anna and Elsa would be staying in the Magic Kingdom, once construction is finished at the Norway Pavilion in Epcot. Disney has posted more information on their website and it looks like we have an answer now.
On the page for Princess Fairytale Hall, where the sisters are currently, it says that Anna and Elsa are moving to Epcot! Once you click on that link it takes you to an information page about Royal Sommerhus, the new meet and greet area for Anna and Elsa in Epcot.
It sounds like the meet and greet area will be in a little cabin. Very cute! After you meet the sisters you can head over and experience the new ride, “Frozen Ever After.” The ride sounds like it is going to be a fun and family-friendly ride where guests get to see favorite characters from the movie and songs from the movie.
What do you think? Are you excited for both of these attractions to open? I know some people are still upset over Maelstrom closing, but I’m hoping the re-imagined version lives up to the hype.
There is no exact opening date yet. We will keep you posted when opening dates are announced.
Thanks for reading!
