Last week I posted the above picture and asked for guesses as to where it is located. As always there were some great guesses, but four people knew exactly where to find the light.
Congratulations to Melanie, Caroline, Julia, and Robbie, who all knew the light can be found at Oga’s Cantina in Galaxy’s Edge at Hollywood Studios. Oga’s Cantina is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is such a fun place for guests to visit for a drink and some snacks. While this location is listed as a dining location keep in mind that there are only two types of snacks that are served here, Batuu Bits and Happabore Sampler. Batuu Bits are described as “Crispy Galaxy Snack Bits with Spiced Dip.” The Happabore Sampler comes with cured and roasted meats, cheese, and pork cracklings. The menu mainly consists of fun sounding drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) that go along with the theme of the land.
The inside of the cantina there is a lot to take in. For that reason, they ask guests to order their food and drinks first before exploring the rest of the cantina (at least they did the last time we were there). It’s definitely worth looking around before you leave. There are so many things decorating this place that you’ll probably notice something new each time you visit. Disney Imagineers really did a great job with this place and the cast members who work at Oga’s really help bring the experience to life. I highly recommend a stop here to try one of the drinks and maybe bring home a souvenir mug. During our last visit I couldn’t resist getting the porg mug. While it may not the most practical vessel to drink from, it’s really cute.
Congratulations to everyone who knew where to find the light and thanks to everyone who played along! Another Where is it Wednesday picture will be up soon.
Have you been to Oga’s Cantina in Galaxy’s Edge?
Thanks for reading!
