One of the most popular mountains in Disney World is Space Mountain. There is a Space Mountain at five of the Disney parks around the world. I love that this ride takes place in the dark, so you feel like you are going much faster than you actually are. This is one of Disney’s classic rides and one that a lot of people consider an attraction they have to experience every trip.

This is a big day for announcements from Disney. Soarin’ has been down for a refurb, because they are adding another theater and changing the movie. It’s been very disappointing for guests who look forward to that ride, but we now have an opening date!

We don’t have an exact date yet, but at least it’s narrowed down to a month. The opening month for Frozen Ever After has been announced.

Yesterday we posted information about the changes coming to the FastPass system and how these changes will make things easier for guests. The update is now available!

There has been some speculation over whether or not Anna and Elsa would be staying in the Magic Kingdom, once construction is finished at the Norway Pavilion in Epcot. Disney has posted more information on their website and it looks like we have an answer now.

There have been some updates to the Refurbishment Schedule. You can always find this information on the menu bar under Disney Info.

Planning a Disney World vacation can be a little stressful, especially for people who are visiting for the first time. It’s incredible how much there is to do and there is no way guests will be able to see everything in one trip. So you definitely don’t want to include something that is going to be down for refurbishment in your plans.

I love when Disney Parks Blog puts up these quizzes. They’re fun to take and see how much you know about each topic.

The refurbishment list for Disney World has been updated. This update includes the closures in Hollywood Studios, the closing of Seashore Sweets’ on Disney’s Boardwalk, and the long refurb for Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.
