This week’s ears in the spotlight are colorful and have some fun Disney attraction representation.
Artist Joey Chou has taken inspiration from Disney landmarks, attractions, and characters in the design of these ears. These are fun because there’s a lot of color on them and there’s lots to see in the fabric on the ears.
When you first look at the ears they may look a little busy, but with a closer look you can see all the different attractions and characters. Looking at the picture below you can see Dumbo, the Cheshire Cat, the Hatbox Ghost, a Jungle Cruise boat, Stitch, the Walt Disney World Railroad, Space Mountain, the castle, the Partners Statue, and (my favorite) the dog holding the key on Pirates of the Caribbean. This is such a cute pattern!
Next up is the bow and this adds even more color to the ears. It’s a nice pop of blue between the two ears and the sequins definitely give it a sparkle. In the middle of the bow is another popular character, Tinker Bell.
Finally the headband. On the outside is a purple material that matches the purple in the background of the ears. The inside of the headband is covered with a non-slip material that is the same blue color as the bow.
These are adorable and if you are a Disney Parks fan then these are for you!
