Mouse Ears Monday: Discounted Headbands

This week’s ears in the spotlight are not a certain pair. Instead, this week we’re looking at all the ears that are on sale on disneystore.com.

Some of these ears have recently been a spotlight of Mouse Ears Monday and others are newly discounted. The ear headbands have gotten pretty expensive, so any discount is definitely welcome.

Tinker Bell Sequin Headband

These ears have Tinker Bell’s signature green color, as well as other details that make it clear this headband represents everyone’s favorite Disney fairy. The ears are soft and padded. Each ear is covered, front and back, with metallic green sequins. The bow has a few layers. The base is a metallic green ribbon bow, on top of the bow are mesh fairy wings, and in the middle of the wings is a furry pom pom. A metallic green faux leather material covers the outside of the headband. On the inside of the headband is a velour non-slip material.

Minnie Mouse Balloon Loungefly Ear Headband

Made of a metallic pink simulated leather, the balloon ears are designed to look like the balloons that Disney sells in the parks. Minnie Mouse’s face is screen printed on each of the ears, both front and back. The bow is the made of the same material. Like Minnie’s face on the ears, the polka dots are screen printed on the bow, both front and back. As with the ears and the bow, the headband is covered on the outside with the same metallic pink simulated leather. The inside of the headband has a nonslip velour material that matches back to the rest of the headband. On one side of the headband is the Loungefly logo label plate.

Cinderella Ear Headband

Designed to look like Cinderella’s ballgown, this ear headband is a very pretty blue. The ears are a light blue satin material and have silver foil filigree on the ears. Trimming the ears is a blue pleated fabric and a satin piping. There are a couple of layers to the bow on this headband. First there are blue sequins that make up the bow, then over that is a sheer organza top layer, and silver foil stardust accents. The headband has the same blue satin material on the outside and a light blue non-slip velour material on the inside.

Elsa Ear Headband

The ears on this headband are a chiffon material that has light blue and light purple mixed in. Also on the ears are purple and blue gemstones. The bow is a double chiffon bow with a silvertone metal star brooch in the middle. A unique feature of this headband is the purple organza veil, which has white diamond screen art on it. The headband has a blue satin material on the outside and a blue non-slip velour material on the inside.

Cheshire Cat Plush Ear Headband

This entire headband looks so soft and cuddly. The plush ears have the signature stripes that are on the Cheshire Cat. The bow is actually a clear vinyl material to give the illusion of invisibility. It also has printed stripes, as well as the Cheshire Cat’s grin made of plastic. The headband has the same plush striped material on the outside and for the inside there is a pink non-slip velour material.

Mickey Mouse and Friends Loungefly Ear Headband – Disneyland 70th Anniversary

Celebrating 70 years of Disneyland, this headband has golden simulated leather grain ears with screen art on both sides. The pattern includes Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto, Clarabelle Cow, Chip ‘n Dale, and the Sleeping Beauty Castle. Matching the color of the ears, the bow has gold sequins, in addition to a “Celebrate Happy – Disneyland 70” cameo in the middle.  The headband has a rainbow color material on the outside, as well as the Disney/Loungefly logo plate, and the inside of the headband is a black non-slip velour material.

Minnie Mouse Ears Headband – Disneyland Resort 70th Anniversary Celebration Collection

This is another headband celebrating the 70th anniversary of Disneyland. Black sequins cover the padded ears on both the front and the back. The bow on this headband is a little different, it’s flat and made of foam. A rainbow hued fabric covers the front of the foam bow with clear faceted gems also on the front. The headband has a black material on the outside, as well as the “Disneyland 70” logo plate on one side. On the inside of the headband is a non-slip rainbow hue material, which matches back nicely to the bow.

Mickey Mouse and Friends Ear Hat for Kids – Disneyland 70th Anniversary Celebration

This hat is great for any little Mouseketeer. The ears each have vintage style illustrated icons that represent Disneyland Resort attractions. The hat itself has screen art of Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto, along with the “Disneyland 70” logo, the Sleeping Beauty Castle, Carthay Circle, and the Incredicoaster. An iridescent blue material trims the bottom of the hat. There is an elastic chin strap to help keep this on kids heads.

Mickey Mouse Groom Ear Hat by Vera Wang

This is a limited release by Vera Wang, which is why the price is what it is, and it includes a certificate of verification. The hat is a blocked woolen felt hat with a satin tuxedo collar and bow tie decoration, and the ears are black felt and padded. It has a garter style elastic band in the back to give it a snug fit, a flat bill, and at button topper. Included with this ear hat is a soft white satin drawstring storage bag.
