Eat to the Beat Concert Series Dining Packages

Starting July 16, guests can book a dining package with one of the participating EPCOT restaurants. This dining package guarantees guests a seat at the concert the same day of the dining package reservation.

Below is the list of participating restaurants in EPCOT where guests can book a dining package reservation. By booking a dining package, the guest is guaranteed a seat in the reserved section for one of the showtimes of the Eat to the Beat Concert Series. The reservation is good for everyone listed on the reservation. So if there are four people on the reservation then four people will have reserved seat for a show that same day.

Not all of the restaurants in EPCOT participate, so it’s good to look over the list beforehand. That way once the window opens it’s already been decided which restaurant will be booked.

Included in most participating restaurants is an entree and dessert, or one full buffet, as well as a nonalcoholic drink or an alcoholic drink for guests 21 and older. At Spice Road Table guests will receive 2 small plates, a shared dessert platter and a nonalcoholic drink or an alcoholic drink for guests 21 and older.

For guests booking same-day reservations at Regal Eagle Smokehouse they will need to check reservations the day they plan to dine there. This is a great option for people who make a last minute decision and want a dining package.

Important Information

• These dining packages are only offered on certain dates during the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.
• Reservations require a credit card guarantee.
• Guests who book a dining package will receive Eat to the Beat concert badges at the restaurant after the meal is done. The badge will have the date and showtime that guests have reserved.
• The concerts take place at the America Gardens Theatre and there is a separate queue for guests who booked the dining package.
• While seating is guaranteed, it is still seated on a first-come, first-served basis in the reserved section.
