Disney has been releasing more information about Regal Eagle Smokehouse. Just last week they announced the decor takes inspiration from Sam Eagle and now this week the full menu is available on the website.
Of course, the menu consists mainly of barbecue, even the Power Greens Salad has pulled chicken on it. The menu isn’t huge, but the items on it sound good. If you’re into barbecue this would be a good stop for you, once it opens.

Regal Eagle Smokehouse will be open for lunch and dinner. No official opening date has been released, it’s just been announced that the restaurant will open later in the winter.
