This is a popular game to play while in the parks. Both kids and adults love to look for Hidden Mickeys at the different resorts, the parks, and anywhere else on property.
It’s fun to see how creative Disney can get with the Hidden Mickeys. The Hidden Mickeys appear in many different ways. It could be a carving, an image on fabric, a projection, or objects put together that make a Hidden Mickey.
Some of them are pretty easy to spot and others you really have to look for to find them. The smallest Hidden Mickey I have found is in the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) lounge. It’s pretty tiny and you have to look for it in the corner of one of the many windows in the lounge.
Sometimes the Hidden Mickeys appear on rides in the parks. The one below can be spotted on the Living with the Land ride.
Others can be found while walking around the parks. Some are made of objects put together while others become part of the landscape of the area. The Hidden Mickey made out of pavement is in Animal Kingdom and the last time I was there Disney had placed more tables in that area, so it was not as visible.
A lot of Hidden Mickeys have been found in the fabrics at Disney’s Resort Hotels. We can usually find some in the curtains that are in the rooms. Love the big Hidden Mickeys that are on the carpet at the BoardWalk Inn and Villas!
Hidden Mickeys can also be found in the tile at the Grand Floridian (as well as other characters). Coronado Springs has some Hidden Mickeys in the room, but the hotel is going through a big refurbishment at the moment, so it’s hard to say whether these Hidden Mickeys will still be there when the refurb is done.
We have also spotted Hidden Mickeys on the design inside the monorail.
As you can see, Hidden Mickeys really can be found everywhere. These pictures don’t even begin to show how many there are to find all over property. We’re always finding new ones when we go to Disney World. This has actually become a tradition for our Disney trips and I love it.
