FastPasses Now Available to Book for Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway

Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway is opening in just under a month. Questions about when a FastPass would be offered have been asked since the opening date was announced.

Good news, today Disney announced that FastPasses are now available for Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway! This new ride will open on March 4 in the location that used to be home to The Great Movie Ride, which is still greatly missed by many. However, this new ride is exciting because it’s the first ride to star Mickey Mouse.

Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway will take guests on a fun and crazy adventure. As Mickey and Minnie ride in their roadster, guests will follow in the train with Goofy as the engineer. It sounds like it’s going to be a fun little ride and people are already very excited to experience it.

Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway will join Smugglers Run and Slinky Dog Dash on the first tier for FastPass choices for Hollywood Studios. This means that guests can only choose one of the three rides as part of their three advanced FastPasses. The other two FastPasses can be chosen from the second tier.

So, if you are planning to be in Disney World after March 4 you can hop on Disney’s website or the My Disney Experience app and book a FastPass for this new ride. If there are none left for your day, don’t worry, Disney usually releases more FastPasses the day of. So make sure to check the app throughout the day to see if more FastPasses have been released.
