Disney Springs has become the place to go for a variety of dining experiences. For the past few years, more and more restaurants have been opening. The newest one is opening in The Landing area and it has a view of the waterfront stage!
Wine Bar George will open at 5 p.m. on May 19, 2018. Named after George Miliotes, one of 249 Master Sommeliers in the world, this is the only wine bar in Florida owned by a Master Sommelier, and it’s right in Disney Springs!
With over 130 selections of wine offered by the ounce, glass, and bottles, there is no shortage of variety. If you would like some food too, The Basket at Wine Bar George has you covered. You can order European-style sandwiches, cheese, olives, hummus, charcuterie, and cookies. In addition, The Basket at Wine Bar George will also have wines on tap, which guests can get to-go in a glass or carafe.
Reservations for Wine Bar George will open on May 25 for bookings starting June 25, 2018. Starting May 20, hours for the restaurant will be 11 a.m. – 2 a.m. However, guests can visit during the grand opening on May 19 at 5 p.m.
