This weekend is the D23 Expo in Anaheim, California. During these expos Disney always makes announcements of what will be coming to the parks in the next few years. The first couple announcements for Disney World have to do with Hollywood Studios and Epcot.
Disney’s After Hours events have been pretty popular among guests. So in response to the popularity, Disney keeps adding more dates.
I was fortunate enough to get a spot during a preview of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge for Annual Passholders. I had seen videos and pictures before seeing the new land, and it looked impressive, but it was amazing to see in person.
Disney has introduced a new, less expensive ticket that allows guests to get into the parks later in the day. This is a great option for arrival day or for guests who like to sleep in and go to the parks later.
Disney Springs had some exciting news this morning. The cookie dough food truck is now open for business!

The wait is over! Guests visiting Galaxy’s Edge at Hollywood Studios in Disney World on August 29 and after can now make reservations for some of the fun interactive activities.
