During the last trip to Disney World my friend wanted to have lunch at the Grand Floridian. We decided on the Grand Floridian Cafe, because of availability and the fact that neither of us had been there.

Disney’s California Grill has spectacular views of the Magic Kingdom and the nightly fireworks show. Soon guests will be able to take advantage of a new dining experience at the 15th floor restaurant.

Tonga Toast is a pretty popular breakfast option at the Kona Cafe. Each time I go to Kona that is what I get, I just can’t bring myself to order anything else.

I was going through some of my pictures this morning and came across this beautiful sunset. This picture in no way does justice to the sheer beauty that was this sunset. This gorgeous surprise happened while we were eating at the California Grill and I literally found myself running out to the balcony to try and capture this moment. :0)

Character meals are very popular in Disney World. It’s a great way to see some popular characters without having to worry about long lines. So it’s nice to hear that the BoardWalk area will have another character meal option for guests.

At Hollywood Studios, guests can join Minnie and friends for different seasonal themed meals at Hollywood & Vine. It’s called Minnie’s Seasonal Dine and lunch has just been added as an option for this character meal.

During the 2016 Food & Wine Festival, Disney debuted the “Brunch With a Twist” event. Now it’s returning this February.

Magic Kingdom already has some great places for table service/fast casual breakfast options (Crystal Palace and Be Our Guest Restaurant), but sometimes you just want something quick. Disney will be adding some more quick service breakfast options for guests and it will be happening pretty soon.

‘Ohana is one of those restaurants that is considered a staple at Disney World. It’s a place everyone should try once, but up until the last trip I had never been there.
