This week’s Snackshot brings us to the Main Street Confectionary in Magic Kingdom.
This is a favorite stop among a lot of guests. Located near the front of Magic Kingdom, just after Tony’s Town Square Restaurant, the Main Street Confectionary is themed after an old time candy shop. Guests will find a lot of delicious options in this shop. It’s hard to leave without buying anything! You can even smell the deliciousness from the street.
Inside you will find things like character candy apples, rice crispy treats, and giant rice crispy treats (they’re impressive), among other goodies. There’s an area where guests can observe some of these treats being made too, which is fun to see.
Another sweet treat you can find at the Main Street Confectionary is Goofy’s Powdered Candy. It’s an impressive display in the middle of the store. Guests can choose between different size tubes and a selection of powdered candy flavors.

- 34″
The 6″ – 18″ tubes are included in dining plans as snack credits, but the 34″ tube is not. A 34″ tube? I did a double take when I saw that. That’s a lot of sugar! Sounds like every kid’s sweet treat dream, 34″ of sugar.
Flavors
There are sweet and sour flavors of powdered candy. Some that I saw last time I was in the store were Sweet Strawberry, Sweet Tropical Fruit, Sour Watermelon, and Sour Wild Cherry. However, there are lots of others to choose from too.
Whether or not you try Goofy’s Powdered Candy, you should definitely make it a point to stop by the Main Street Confectionary. It’s a fun store to look around and pick out some goodies.
