Disney World has been adding dessert parties to a lot of the nighttime shows. Fantasmic! in Hollywood Studios is the newest show to get one of these delicious sounding parties.
This dessert party is going to be a little different from the other parties. Usually, guests are let in an hour or so before the show starts. During that time they enjoy a buffet of sweets and different drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Some parties have guests eat and watch the show in the same place. Other parties have guests enjoy the food and drink in one location and then Disney moves them to a VIP viewing area.
With the Fantasmic! Dessert & VIP Viewing Experience package guests check in at the Fantasmic! theater before the show begins. They will be given a snack box filled with different sweet treats. Guests will then be let in to a special viewing area that is reserved specifically for party guests.

- Chocolate-covered Strawberries
- Cheesecake
- Chocolate Cupcake
- Apple Crisp
- California Trail Mix
- Cheese and Crackers

- Chocolate Pudding with Cursed Chocolate Cookies and Gummy Worms
- Confetti Popcorn
- Grapes
- Vanilla Cake Bite with Sorcerer Mickey
- Adult Box
- Bottle of Water
- Specialty Alcoholic or Non-alcoholic Beverage in a Light-up Keepsake Fantasmic! Cup
Reservations are now open. The cost of the party is $39 for adults and $19 for kids ages 3-9, which is not bad by Disney pricing standards. The prices are less than some of the other parties. For instance, the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party in Epcot costs $79 for adults and $47 for kids ages 3-9, as is the Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace in Magic Kingdom.
Fantasmic! is a favorite among a lot of guests and this dessert party sounds like it is going to add to the experience. What do you think?
