Disney is adding another dining package to their lineup later this month. This dining package is only available for a limited time though.
Starting on August 13, guests will be able to enjoy one of two different Festival of the Lion King Dining Packages. There is a Tier I dining package and a Tier II dining package. Each package includes lunch or dinner at Tiffins Restaurant and VIP seating at Festival of the Lion King, but Tier I also includes a safari tour.

- Tier I: $99 per adult and $49 per child (ages 3-9)
- Tier II: $74 per adult and $29 per child (ages 3-9)

Meal Choices Include
- Appetizers
- Avocado-and-Tomato Salad
- Spiced Chickpea Falafel
- Charred Octopus
- Entrees
- Kamo Ramen – Duck confit, soft-poached egg, spiced coconut broth, alba mushrooms, and chili-lime cashew.
- Shrimp and Grits – Gulf white shrimp, Anson Mills grits, applewood smoked bacon, heirloom tomatoes, and smoked pepper jam.
- Surf and Turf – Grilled local beef tenderloin, butter poached lobster tail, Yukon gold potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and Cap Mountain Whiskey butter.
- Fort McCoy Beef Tenderloin – Char-crusted beef tenderloins, loaded crushed potato, seasonal vegetables, bacon-sherry vinaigrette, and crispy shallots.

- South American Ganache
- Whipped Cheesecake
For those that opt for the Tier I package they will also get to experience a safari tour. This tour will be given by a special guide and includes viewing of over 34 wildlife species.

This seems unnecessary in my opinion. There is really no bad seat in the FOLK theater so I see it as a waste of $$$.
