This week’s mouse ears in the spotlight is the Minnie Mouse headband with a decorative hat.
It is one of the “fancy” headbands. It’s decorative and looks very cute both when worn and when on display. The last time I was in Disney World I say this headband there. So if you like it, and you are going to be there anytime soon, you should be able to find it.
The headband has black ears with red dots on them. The black ears have a soft feel to them. The red dots also have a soft feel to them and they are shiny. You definitely think of Minnie Mouse just by looking at the ears.
Also on the headband is a decorative piece that consists of a hat with a Minnie Mouse cameo, lace, a flower, feathers, and bow on the back. The cameo has a silhouette of Minnie Mouse wearing her flower hat. The edges of the cameo are scalloped and there is design around the silhouette.
The hat is red and it too has a soft feel to it. Black lace is sown around the top of the hat and a polka dotted ribbon is wrapped around the bottom. The ribbon goes around the to the back of the hat and forms a cute little bow that hangs down the back.
On the top of the hat is a yellow flower and two types of feather decorations. The stiffer feathers stick up around the yellow flower and the softer feathers (like those on a feather boa) are placed on the side, between the yellow flower and one of the ears.
The cost of the ears, according to the Shop Disney Parks app, is $27.99. The app says that these are an in-store purchase item only, you cannot order them from the app. However, you can find these ears in many places on Disney property. Take a look below at all the locations where it is available, so make sure to check the Shop Disney Parks app when you are in Disney World and you will know where to find the ears.
