This week’s ears in the spotlight celebrate the birthday of everyone’s favorite Disney duck.
The Donald Duck 90th Anniversary headband definitely captures the moods of Donald Duck really well. While it might be a simple design, it’s still a very cute headband.
The ears on this pair are actually Donald Duck’s head. One side shows him when he is happy and the other side shows him when he’s mad. The faces are only on the front of the ears, the back is just a plain blue fabric that matches the rest of the blue on the headband.
One of my favorite features is the bow. The material of the bow is fluffy and looks like Donald’s tail, which is adorable. In the middle of the bow is a centerpiece that has the number 90 and the middle of the zero has Donald’s feet and backside, kind of like what happens during PhilharMagic (if you haven’t been to the show, make sure to look behind you at the end).
On the headband is a blue material covering the outside, which matches the rest of the blue on the headband. The inside of the headband is a yellow non-slip material, which matches nicely back to Donald’s beak.
This is a really cute headband and I love that it doesn’t have a lot going on, like so many ear headbands do.
