Disney likes to stream different events at the theme parks, much to the delight of fans who cannot be in Disney World all the time. The latest live stream will take place in Epcot, before the park opens.
Not long ago Disney streamed sunrise in Magic Kingdom and they are continuing with that idea in Epcot. Usually, they stream parades, fireworks shows, special holiday shows, and things like that. This stream doesn’t involve anything but the sunrise over the park.
After the last live stream of sunrise in Magic Kingdom ended, people sped up the video to watch the sun rise quicker. However, if you have the time to sit and watch the whole sunrise I think it’s relaxing to watch. I like seeing the sun light up (and “wake up”) the parks in the morning.
Mornings are my favorite time in the parks. It’s not busy yet and everything feels fresh in the morning. Plus, you can get some nice pictures with very few people in the background.
To catch the live stream of sunrise in Epcot you can visit the Disney Parks Blog page and they will have a new post at the top of the page with the stream. Disney will start the stream at 5:45 a.m. ET on Friday, June 1.
Will you be watching?
Thanks for reading!

Hi Gina!
Yeah, that’s a little too early to get up and watch. LOL. Disney posts the replay of the live stream though, so you can always watch the replay. 🙂
