Hollywood Studios is going through quite a few changes these days. It will take a little while for most of it to open, but today something new opened.
Baseline Tap House is now open for business in Hollywood Studios. It is part of the new Grand Avenue section in the park, designed after the Grand Avenue in Downtown Los Angeles.
In true Disney style, there is story behind this pub. It is supposed to be in an old re-purposed print shop, which gives it an industrial look. The pub looks like a nice place to sit, relax, and have a drink or a snack.
Here are some things you will find on the menu:
- Craft Ales
- Lagers
- Cider
- California Wines (on tap)
- Specialty Cocktails
- Gourmet Non-alcoholic Lemonade
- Soda (on tap)
- Bavarian Pretzel – Served with mustard and bear-cheese fondue dipping sauces.
- Spiced Almonds
- Charcuterie Board (highlights California cheeses)
The pub opened today, so you can stop in the next time you are in Hollywood Studios and check it out. It’s right around the corner from the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater and will be open everyday starting at 11 a.m.
I really like the look of this place and think it will be a fun place to hang out the next time we are wandering around the park. With all the waiting we are doing with other projects in Hollywood Studios, it’s nice to see something open so quickly!
What do you think of Baseline Tap House? Will you be visiting?
Thanks for reading!
