Club 33 is an exclusive club in Disneyland. Guests need a membership in order to eat there and it looks like Disney World will now be getting a Club 33 of their own.
Well, four Club 33 lounges to be exact. According to the Orlando Sentinel, Disney World will be getting a Club 33 in each of the four theme parks. Just like the memberships in Disneyland, it sounds like there will be limited memberships, hence these clubs being “exclusive.”
Guests can expect this membership to cost a pretty penny. Between the entrance fee and the cost per year, it’s tens of thousands of dollars in Disneyland. The cost hasn’t been officially announced, but it’s safe to assume the price will be in that ballpark. The price does give guests some perks like park admission, exclusive benefits, and access to alcohol in the park.
I’m going to be completely honest. While I’m sure these lounges are going to be beautiful and serve amazing food, it doesn’t really interest me. For that cost you can join the Disney Vacation Club. It would be amazing to see the Club 33 in Disneyland, because that’s the original. It was built from Walt Disney’s idea and even has antique furniture that Lillian Disney picked out herself. The new lounges won’t hold the same history and excitement as the original does. Again, it’s just my opinion. I’m sure they are not going to have any trouble filling the memberships for all four lounges.
