One of the first big news stories to come out of D23 has to do with the Star Wars-inspired land that is coming to Hollywood Studios. Disney revealed the model of what the new land will look like and it looks pretty amazing.
The model gives you an idea of how big this expansion is going to be and also how immersive it’s going to be. Disney released a video of the model which shows how big and immersive they are going to make it.
There will be two rides when this new section of Hollywood Studios opens and both sound like fun. One will allow guests to “fly” the Millennium Falcon and the other will have guests battling in a fight between the First Order and the Resistance.
Even if you are not a Star Wars fan (gasp, I know) I think you will still enjoy checking out the new land when it opens. There is going to be a lot to see and take in. It’s going to be an amazing experience.
