The latest update to the Countdown for Disney app is available. This update addresses an issue we have been trying to fix for a while now.
The weather feature on the app was not accurate, so we have been trying to find a service that would be more accurate for the users. Thankfully Jay, who developed the app, was able to find a more accurate service.
Our goal for the app is to make it a tool that will help you plan your trip and one that will keep the excitement going until you reach your vacation. We have put an incredible amount of time into the app to keep it useful and to keep everyone who uses it happy.
Unfortunately, the weather feature had been putting a damper on that. So hopefully this fix will cure any frustration people may have had with the weather feature. I know we did receive a review from someone who, unfortunately, based their whole review on the weather feature, giving us only one star and calling the app ridiculous. I think the one star was a little harsh, considering the point of the app is to countdown to your vacation, but I understand the frustration.
In regard to the reviews, we appreciate any and all feedback. If there is something that is bothering you about the app or if you have a suggestion, please email either me or Jay. We are unable to respond to reviews left in the App Store, so therefore we cannot help with any problems that are mentioned in reviews. A lot of times it’s an easy fix, so please don’t hesitate to email us.
