Disney Springs is filled with some really good food. It’s hard to go anywhere in Disney Springs and not see a table service restaurant, quick service restaurant, or a stand offering a delicious menu. The latest offering will be available tomorrow at Marketplace Snacks.
Starting January 15, Marketplace Snacks will be offering savory loaded waffles. There are three different waffle cones and they each sound good.
The Hot Honey Chicken Waffle has crispy fried chicken bites, black pepper candied bacon, spicy pickle slaw, roasted jalapeños, garlic ranch, and chopped parsley. Hot honey chicken is a popular dish these days, so I’m sure this will be a popular waffle cone.
The Bacon Cheeseburger Waffle has a special blend ground beef, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese sauce, dill pickles, iceberg lettuce, diced tomato, and burger sauce. Sounds like this is a good one for anyone who likes a cheeseburger on the go.
The BBQ Brisket Mac and Cheese Waffle has sweet black pepper BBQ sauce, pickled onions, chopped parsley, mac and cheese, and chunks of smoky brisket. This one sounds really good, but you might want to grab a fork too for that mac and cheese.
These cones remind me of the breakfast waffle cones that used to be available at the BoardWalk Bakery years ago. Those were really good and a nice on-the-go snack. So if these new waffle cones are as good as the ones from the old BoardWalk Bakery then I think they’ll be pretty popular.
