Last week I posted the above picture and asked for guesses as to where it is located. Lots of people were able to pinpoint where this bridge is located.
You can find this bridge at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort. We found this bridge when we were waiting for Fire Rock Geyser to go off and I thought the scene looked really nice with the trees and the bridge. The Wilderness Lodge has a lot of great photo opportunities, both inside the hotel and around the grounds. It’s a really pretty place to explore and has some great backdrops for photos.
Fire Rock Geyser can be found near the Copper Creek Springs pool. Follow the bridge until you see the geyser and then you can hang out until it goes off, which happens on the hour. I believe the last time it goes off for the day is 10 p.m., but you can check at the front desk to make sure. Even if you are not staying at the Wilderness Lodge I recommend heading over there and checking out the resort. It’s beautiful inside and out. The lobby with its high ceiling and rustic decor is a sight to see and its definitely worthy of multiple pictures. Plus, it has a water feature right in the lobby with a bridge that crosses over it. I think it’s one of Disney’s most impressive lobbies, for sure.
The resort grounds are beautiful too and just as detailed as the lobby. I found it very relaxing to walk around this resort and will definitely visit again.
Thanks to everyone who played along this week and congratulations to those that knew where the bridge is located! Another Where is it Wednesday picture will be up soon!
Have you explored the Wilderness Lodge Resort?
