Last week I posted the above picture and asked for guesses as to where it is located. There were some good guesses, but seven people knew exactly where to find the poster.
Congratulations to Judy, Linda, Michael, Melanie, Julie, Dean, and Sammie who all knew the poster can be found at Expedition Everest in Animal Kingdom. Specifically, the poster is located on a rock outside the ride, but there are so many decorations, it can be hard to miss.
Expedition Everest is located in the Asia section of Animal Kingdom. It’s an impressive site that can be from a distance. As with any of Disney’s queue line, it tells a story. So this queue line is filled with artifacts relating to the mountain and the Yeti. The ride itself is a fun adventure as the vehicle twists and turns while trying to find the Yeti. There are some dark parts in the ride and it does go backwards at one point. So keep that in mind if there is anyone in your party who is afraid of the dark and/or doesn’t like riding backwards. For those that love roller coasters, this is a must do.
