I tried Norway’s School Bread for the first time during our last trip. For a while, I had been hearing how good this was and put it on my list of things I needed to try. During the 12 days we were there I probably had three or four of them. If I could have packed some in my suitcase and bring them home, I would have.
The bread is light; it is filled with delicious custard, and topped with the custard and coconut. If you’ve never tried the bread, but you like custard and coconut, I highly recommend trying the School Bread. It’s available at the Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe and it’s only $3.19. You definitely get your money’s worth with this pastry!
Have you tried the School Bread?
