This week’s Snackshot brings us to the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.
In the past, the Seafood Fisherman’s Pie has been available at the Ireland booth, but this year guests will find it at the Wine & Dine featuring Festival Favorites booth. Since this year’s festival is a scaled down version, not all the booths were included. So instead of missing out on some fan favorites, Disney created this booth to bring some of the more popular items from past festivals.
The Seafood Fisherman’s Pie is a good option for any seafood fan to try. My husband and I split this and there was plenty for both of us. It’s topped with mashed potatoes and filled with some good seafood. We had some decent size pieces in the dish, which makes it a good option for sharing.
To find the Wine & Dine featuring Festival Favorites booth head to the World Showcase Events Pavilion. There are a few different booths inside this building: Appleseed Orchard, Desserts & Champagne, and Mac & Cheese Hosted by Boursin Cheese are also in the events pavilion. So you can make the rounds when you visit and sample multiple dishes.
