This week’s Snackshot takes us to the Norway Pavilion in Epcot.
This is one of my absolute favorite snacks on Disney World property. Ever since I first tried it years ago it quickly become one of the snacks I seek out anytime I’m in Disney World. All of the flavors of the School Bread work so well together.
School Bread is a sweet cardamom bun that’s filled with a vanilla cream custard, which comes out of the top of the bun too. A glaze and toasted coconut top this popular snack. The sweetness of the bun, the creaminess of the custard, and the sweet crunch from the toasted coconut make every bite delicious.
This can be a bit of a messy snack, but it’s well worth it. It’s also a generous size. So if you are looking for different snacks that are good for sharing, this one would fit the bill.
You can find this treat at Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in the Norway Pavilion in Epcot. It’s reasonably priced at $4.79 and they have seating outside, so you can enjoy your snack at one of the tables and do a little people watching too.
Hope you enjoyed this week’s Snackshot! Have you tried School Bread?
Thanks for reading!
