This week’s snackshot takes us to the Norway Pavilion in Epcot.
This is one of my absolute favorite snacks on Disney property. I heard about it years ago and when I was finally able to try it I was hooked. It has become one of my must have snacks during each trip.
School Bread is a sweet cardamom bun that’s filled with a vanilla cream custard, which comes out of the top of the bun too. A glaze and toasted coconut top this delicious snack.
This can be a bit of a messy snack, but it’s well worth it. The sweetness of the bread mixed with the custard is really good.
You can find this treat at Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in the Norway Pavilion in Epcot. It’s reasonably priced at $3.49 and they have seating outside, so you can enjoy your snack at one of the tables and do a little people watching too.
Have you tried School Bread?
Thanks for reading!
