This week’s Snackshot is a popular treat that can be found at a lot of different locations around Disney World. These candy apples always have a Disney touch to them.
The apples in the picture below are some of their Halloween candy apples that were available at Big Top Souvenirs in the Storybook Circus area of Magic Kingdom. This is one of my favorite places to get a candy apple, because they always have a good selection.
Disney also has fun candy apple designs for other holidays, like Christmas themed candy apples, and they also make character themed candy apples. The Halloween ones are always fun and have extra decorations on them. The Minnie witch candy apple has been tried by my family and it was delicious. There are also some apples that are decorated to the theme of the different theme parks, so you can find unique ones in some of the parks.
You can make these candy apples at home, which helps to bring some magic home in between visits. They’re not super hard to make, but it can be a little time consuming. It’s definitely worth it though if you like Disney’s candy apples. To see how Disney makes them you can check out this Disney Parks Blog video from 2016 when they made Finding Dory candy apples. So cute and so good!
Hope you enjoyed this week’s Snackshot! Have you ever tried one of Disney’s candy apples?
Thanks for reading!
