Resort Only Stays in Disney World: Hotel Activities

Of course, when people think of Disney World their mind automatically goes to the theme parks, because that’s what most people visiting Disney World property want to do. However, there are things to do for those that just want to enjoy a Disney World hotel and things other than the parks.

Between the hotels, Disney Springs, the BoardWalk area, the golf courses, and mini golf, there are lots of things to do that don’t involve the parks. All of the hotels have activities, the BoardWalk has activities, entertainment, dining, and shopping, and Disney Springs has entertainment, dining, and shopping. So if you are thinking about traveling to Disney World and skipping the parks this time, take a look at the list below to see what’s available outside the parks. Some of the activities that come with a cost can be booked online. So you do not need to be staying at the resort to book those activities. Other activities are specific to the resort and are just for resort guests. There is quite a bit going on at all of the resorts though, so if you are doing a resort only stay or looking for fun activities for non-park days, check out the activity list at your hotel and see what’s on the schedule for that day. It’s hard to skip the parks when in Disney World, because they’re a lot of fun, but the hotels have fun things to do too. What’s something from the list above that you would like to try?
