Disney will change things up from time to time and that includes things like the projections shows. The current projection show at the Magic Kingdom, “Celebrate the Magic,” will soon be replaced with a new show on November 4.
Disney has announced that the new projections show, “Once Upon a Time,” will start on November 4 at Magic Kingdom. The show will feature Mrs. Potts from “Beauty and the Beast” telling Chip bedtime stories. These stories will be enhanced with projections from some adventurous scenes from different classic Disney films.

Some of the scenes include:
- Flying with Peter Pan from London to Never Land
- Visiting the mad Hatter’s Tea Party
- Witnessing the Duel between Gaston and the Beast
Guests will also see scenes from “Cinderella” and “The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.” The images will be projected right on Cinderella Castle, covering every inch. I’m pretty excited to see Mrs. Potts and the Mad Hatter projected on the castle.
With this new projection show starting on November 4 that means that “Celebrate the Magic” will come to an end on November 3.
These projections shows are always so much fun. So now both Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom will have new projections shows starting in November.
Are you excited for this new projections show? What was your favorite part of “Celebrate the Magic?”
Thanks for reading!
