This week’s ears in the spotlight are a fun pair that are perfect for any Toy Story fan.
These are different from the regular ear headbands, because they are all plastic. There is no cloth on them at all, but they are really cute!
On top of the headband are the ears, the eyes, and the antenna. The ears are shaped like the aliens’ ears in the Toy Story movies. They are plastic, like the rest of the headband, so they cannot be moved at all.
The eyes on top are the big feature of this headband for two reasons. The first reason is that they move. So as you move your head the three eyes on the headband will move from side to side. It’s fun to play around with them and make the eyes move quickly side to side.
Another reason these are a big feature is that the eyes and the antenna light up! So while you are walking around the parks at night you can turn the headband on and everyone will see the bright alien eyes moving back and forth as you walk. This is a really cute feature for the headband!
In order to turn the headband on, you will have to press the button on the back. The button is located behind the eyes, so it’s easy to find and easy to turn on and off.
Since the headband is plastic, the problem I have found with it is that it doesn’t stretch that far. Other headbands will stretch farther, so they fit adults heads easier, but the hard plastic on these does not allow for that. So if you have a bigger head, they may not be comfortable to wear, at least not for long periods.
I love this headband and think it’s a really fun one to wear in the parks, especially at night. If you are a Toy Story fan, or you have a child who is, I would definitely check these out during your next vacation.
