This week’s ears in the spotlight are a new, and very cute, pair of ears. These are great for the Halloween season.
If you or someone you know is a Nightmare Before Christmas fan then these are perfect. They’re also good for those that don’t want to dress up for Halloween, but want to wear something fun. These ears are fairly new to the shopDisney website and they caught my eye the first time I saw them.
The ears look shiny because they have an iridescent foil print on them, over the faux leather material. Characters from The Nightmare Before Christmas are part of this foil print, so you’ll see Jack Skellington, Sally, the Mayor, Zero, Lock, Shock, Barrel, and Oogie Boogie. The print is on both sides of the ears.
Also made of an iridescent material is the bow. In the picture you can see a lot of pink color, but it changes color depending on how the light hits it and what it is reflecting. Not sure if Disney has done a bow like this before, but it’s a nice change from the usual bows.
The foil print covers the outside of the headband and on the inside is a black non-slip material. Also on one side of the headband is a metal Loungefly logo plate, so you know it’s part of the Disney x Loungefly Collection.
These really are adorable. I like the different material they used for the ears and the bow, it brings a little extra character to them. So while these are perfect for any Nightmare Before Christmas fan, they would make a great addition to anyone’s ear hat/headband collection because they’re a bit different than what we usually see.
