Mouse Ears Monday: Mickey and Minnie Mouse Gingerbread Ear Headband

The ears in the spotlight this week are really cute ones to get for the holidays.

The Mickey and Minnie Mouse Gingerbread Ear Headband is made to look like gingerbread cookies, icing and all. They’re a very festive pair to wear to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party or around the house while decorating. I can’t get over how cute these are!

The Ears

The ears are meant to look like gingerbread cookies in the shape of Mickey and Minnie. One side is Mickey and the other side is Minnie (she has a cute green and white polkadot bow and eyelashes). Both sides are outlined in white and have some white squiggles on their ears, so it looks like they have icing on them. The back is the same, they’re outlined in white with some white squiggles on the ears, but there are no faces on the back side, just the front. Both Mickey and Minnie are smiling and they have red material on the cheeks to make them look rosy. The ears are made from a brown, suede-like material, so they feel pretty soft.

The Bow

The bow is meant to look like a piece of wrapped candy. It’s the same kind of bow that is on the lollipop ears, but this one is made of a shiny red material and it is smaller. It’s sewn onto the top of the headband, but it does move a bit, so it’s not totally fixed in place. This feature definitely adds to the festive holiday spirit that these ears give off when you see them.

The Headband

The outside of the headband is made of the same brown material that cover the ears. There is also a white icing zig-zag design down each side of the headband. The inside of the headband is covered in a red, velvet-like material. The red on the headband matches the red of the bow. The red on the headband and bow mixed with the green on Minnie’s bow definitely adds to the festive feeling of the whole headband.

These ears are adorable! They’re so festive and happy, and they’re perfect to wear during the holidays.
