There is certainly a lot going on in Hollywood Studios these days. Toy Story Land opens in less than a month and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is opening next year (late fall). In addition to all that, Disney has announced the location of the new Star Wars hotel.
According to Disney, the new hotel will be located on the south side of Hollywood Studios, east of World Drive. This location is near where Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is currently being developed. So, guests will get a full immersion into the Star Wars universe when staying at this hotel.
When the hotel is complete, it will bring Star Wars characters and stories to life for guests visiting the hotel. These stories are what make it one of the most immersive hotel experiences Disney has ever offered. The rooms, or cabins, will all have views of space, so the experience continues when guests go to their room. The immersion does not end there though. Guests will also get to dress the part of a resident with Star Wars attire!
Disney has not announced an opening date or time frame for this hotel. We will keep you updated when new information is released.
