I am having trouble with your Countdown to Disney App. I purchased it about a month or so ago, (maybe longer) and then the day before yesterday an update became available. Well, I tried to update it, and it would only get to a little over halfway and stop. It never completely updated it and so, I couldn’t open the app any longer. So, I removed it and tried reinstalling it. That didn’t work either. So, I plugged it into my computer this morning to try doing it from Itunes. It worked! Yay! However, it is now showing that I didn’t purchase it at all. I cannot customize my widget and there are now ads on my countdown screen. It was in my Icloud…why does it want me to purchase it again? I feel that I shouldn’t have to buy it again. Thanks for your help.
I’m glad you were able to get it working again. If you click purchase you should get three options: Not Now, Restore Purchase, and Purchase. Click Restore Purchase and you should be all set. If it is still giving you trouble let me know, because you are right, you definitley should not have to pay again and we wouldn’t want you to. 🙂

In order to move the widget you need to press and hold the widget until it starts shaking. Once it starts shaking you can move it around the screen with your finger. If pressing and holding does not work, but the other paid version features are working (like customizing the color of the widget) please let me know so we can figure out what is going on.
We are working on it. Since the coding is different between Apple and Android we have to get the coding for Android down. We are working on it though, promise!

Go to the main menu and click Purchase then click Restore Purchase. After you have restored the purchase close out of the app and reopen it. This should fix the problem, but if it doesn’t please let me know so we can figure out what the problem is.

I talked to the developer and he said someone contacted him recently with this same issue. They ended up having to restart their iPad and that worked. It was a connection issue with the App Store. Try restarting the device and let me know if that works. If not, I will talk to the developer again.
Unfortunately, I cannot issue the refund. You would have to contact Apple or Google (depending where you downloaded it) and ask them for the refund. I think it’s usually pretty easy to get a refund though, so you shouldn’t have any problems.
I’m beta testing iOS 13.1 and the app won’t let me import photos from my album. All I see is a grey screen when trying to import. Is support for ios 13 planned?

Love the app. However I accidentally hit the purchase button. Is there anyway that I can uninstall the app and it not continue to charge my account?
