Salah Chetbi, the Dining and Beverage Standards and Consistency Manager with Disney Cruise Line, has posted another seminar on Disney Parks Blog.
This seminar gives you tastings of different types of chocolate and pairs them with wine, Champagne, and scotch.
The sommelier will give you a history of chocolate and how it is produced, before the tasting begins. They will also explain how you are supposed to taste white and dark chocolate, including melting chocolate, with the different drinks.
Another tasting to put on our wishlist for the next Disney cruise!
