Starbucks recently released a new tumbler that’s for sale at their locations in the different Disney parks. I love the tumbler, because of its design.
The new tumbler is big enough to fit a Venti iced drink, which is 24 oz of liquid. The size is good though, it’s nice to be able to fill it up so much. The tumbler has a hard plastic straw with a ring around the bottom. The ring stops the straw from coming out of the top of the cup, which is something most tumbler straws have. The base of the cup is a bit narrower than the top, kind of like the cups you can get at Starbucks, so it will fit in a cup holder.
The design on the tumbler is nice, I really like it. The pictures representing different Disney Parks: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Carthay Circle from Disney’s California Adventure Park. The pictures look like sketches that have been drawn onto the cup; it’s a very fun design. The representation for Magic Kingdom is a castle that looks like it has elements from both Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland and Cinderella Castle from Disney World.
Additional designs on the cup include the boxes that baristas mark when drinks are ordered and the Starbucks logo. These two design additions definitely make it look more like a cup you would get at Starbucks. The whole design of this cup is very cute and I’m grateful that my friend picked one up for me the last time she was there!
My friend said that with tax the tumbler cost around $26 and she found it in Epcot. At this point though, it should have made its way to the other Starbucks locations. The tumbler feels pretty sturdy, but it is plastic, so if it’s dropped it could break.
This is definitely one of my new favorite Disney cups to use. It’s so cute!
What do you think of this new design?
Thanks for reading!
