Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a fun event that gives guests a chance to dress up and trick-or-treat in the park. It’s also a chance to meet some rare characters that only come out for the party. One of those rare characters is now going to be hosting his own show at the Halloween party!
“Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular” will be hosted by Jack Skellington (“The Nightmare Before Christmas”). During the show he explains to the audience that anything can happen on Halloween night. Joining Jack in this show are his dog Zero, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy. After Jack warns the audience that anything can happen on Halloween night, Zero flies off and brings us to Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy who find themselves in a haunted house. During the show the gang move from room to room in the house where they find dancing skeletons, waltzing ghosts, and Disney villains. This new show includes state-of-the-art projection effects, lasers, lighting, and fireworks.
In addition to “Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular” there are other fun entertainment options at the party. Guests can catch “Mickey’s Boo to You Halloween Parade” which kicks off with the Headless Horseman, a very cool character to see in person. Another show to see is the “Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular,” which is hosted by the Sanderson Sisters. Kids can join in the fun with “Fancy Nancy,” Vampirina, and Doc McStuffins at the “Storybook Circus Disney Junior Jame.”
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party begins August 16 and runs through November 1, 2019. So, start getting your costume together and grab your trick-or-treat bag (make sure it’s a big bag, they give out a lot of candy!), and get ready for a fun evening at Magic Kingdom!
Have you been to a Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party?

Hi Liz:
Where is the best place to sit for the show & parade for Mickeys Not So Scary?
Hi Lynne!
There are lots of great spots, but if you can get a spot at the end of Main Street U.S.A. by the train station you will be able to see the parade head on. You can get some really nice pictures that way.
