Last week I posted the above picture and asked for guesses as to where it is located. There were some good guesses, but five people knew where to find the sign.
Congratulations to Abbie, John and Carol, Kevin, Pam, and Doug, who all knew the sign can be found in the Norway Pavilion. Pam went a step further and pointed out that the sign is located outside the Stave Church Gallery in the pavilion. In this gallery guests can view historical items, see the stories that guided the Vikings, and learn about their heroic ancient deities, include Odin, Thor, Loki, and Freya.
One of my favorite stops is Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe. You can find sandwiches, salads, fruit cups, pastries, and drinks at this location. My favorite, by far, is the School Bread. This is definitely a favorite among a lot of people who visit the World Showcase, but if School Bread isn’t your thing, there are lots of other tasty treats to try. The School Bread is a sweet cardamom bun that has vanilla crème custard on the inside, poking through the top, and has glazed and toasted coconuts on top. It’s so good! I have to get it at lease once during each trip.

Another favorite thing to do is to have our pictures taken with the big troll, known as The Forgetful Troll. The troll can be found in The Fjording, which is a store located near Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe. You can spend a lot of time looking around this store, but definitely make sure to take a picture with the huge troll. It makes for fun pictures!

Here are some other things you can find in the Norway Pavilion:
Norway is always a stop on our tour around the World Showcase. What’s your favorite thing to do in the Norway Pavilion?
