Last week I asked for guesses as to where the picture is located. This one proved to be a bit tough, but it can be found in Hollywood Studios.
The window is one of the windows on the Mickey’s of Hollywood building on Hollywood Blvd. It’s one of the many gifts shops that can always be found in the theme parks. This particular gift shop has a theme that takes guests back to the 1920s through the 1940s. Disney’s gift shops are always themed, and when you look around to appreciate the design it really does add to the overall experience.
Mickey’s of Hollywood is right at the front of the park. So once guests are through the touch point area of the entrance, Mickey’s of Hollywood will be one of the first things seen. Most people will bypass the gift shop first thing in the morning to get to rides, which makes sense, but it’s a good place to hit on the way out of the park. Another good reason to check out the gift shop is that it’s air conditioned. It gets hot in the parks and there isn’t alway shade available, so popping in to a gift shop is a good way to cool off for a few.
Thanks to everyone who played along this week! Another Where is it Wednesday picture will be up soon. Do you like to visit Mickey’s of Hollywood when you’re at Hollywood Studios?
Thanks for reading!
