There is some terminology that doesn’t really exist outside of Disney. ADRs, MagicBands, Memory Maker, PhotoPass, FastPass, and so on. One of those terms can be a little confusing for people who have never been to Disney. So let’s explore how FastPasses work.

New Pricing for Memory Maker

Memory Maker has turned into a “must-have” for our trips. There are so many PhotoPass photographers all over property and they take really fun pictures. Plus, you can make the pictures more fun by asking for what Disney calls a Magic Shot. These are pictures that have Disney characters put in or have some animation.
New Feature Added to the My Disney Experience App
Slowly, but surely, the My Disney Experience app is getting better. Disney keeps updating and adding pretty useful functions. Today’s update is another example of that.
Toy Story Magic Shot in Magic Kingdom
Disney Parks Blog posted this Magic Shot today. These are so much fun! Have you seen the different Magic Shots that are available at the different parks?
If you have Memory Maker you will be able to download the different animated shots and save them. For the one that was posted by Disney Parks Blog today, ask a PhotoPass Photographer in Frontierland for the Toy Story Magic Shot.
For our next trip I’m going to make a list of the Magic Shot locations and see if we can get them all. The animations are so cute!
