New Dessert Experience at Remy’s on the Disney Fantasy

A while back, Disney Parks Blog posted about a new progressive dining experience on some of their cruise ships. Now they have added a delicious looking dessert dining experience at Remy’s on the Disney Fantasy.

This experience will be offered during a day at sea and for one afternoon each cruise. These desserts will be decadent and handcrafted by the chefs at Remy’s. This is a six course dining experience and during the meal the chefs will explain the history behind their dessert creations. As does their dinner menu, the desserts will vary with the seasons.

Salah Chetbi, the Dining and Beverage Standards and Consistency Manager for Disney Cruise Line, gives examples of the desserts currently offered (2/6/15) for this experience:

“One of our featured items on the menu now is an orange crème pâtissière inside an orange-flavored tuile wafer. Another is our raspberry sorbet paired with vanilla ice cream, French vanilla meringues and fresh raspberries, topped with a raspberry sauce.”
