Each year for the past seven years, guests can take part in a delicious scavenger hunt in EPCOT. Emile’s Fromage Montage takes place during the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.
During these events at EPCOT, there are festival passports guests can pick up at the entrances of the park. These passports list all of the food stands (called Global Marketplaces at the Food & Wine Festival) and the food and drinks available at each stand. Guests get the pages in the passports stamped once an item has been purchased at the stand. In addition to the food stands, there are other activities listed in the passports. For Food & Wine one of those activities listed is Emile’s Fromage Montage, which is a scavenger hunt involving cheese.
For this delicious scavenger hunt, guests can visit certain food stands that serve cheese dishes. The included cheese dishes are listed in the passports and each time a guest purchases one of the included dishes they will get a stamp in their passport. Once enough of the dishes have been purchased, guests take their passport to one of the designated locations to get a festival treat.
This year, EPCOT is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Food & Wine Festival. Part of that celebration includes bringing back 30 favorite dishes from past years. In addition to these returning dishes, Disney has also shared a recipe for one of those returning dishes. Below is a screenshot of the recipe for Schinkennudeln that Disney shared.
