Disney Springs has really been taking shape over the last few months. Lots of new dining experiences, some new shopping experiences, and new parking garages. Another addition was the pedestrian bridge that opened earlier this fall, which brought guests near Team Disney.
Many people are upset that one of their Christmas traditions will not be returning next year. The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights, located in Hollywood Studios, is a favorite among lots of guests who have been lucky enough to see them. Those that cannot see them for a final time this year are in luck.
Time has flown by and we are now at the last weekend of Epcot’s International Food & Wine Festival. Can you believe it?
Christmas decorations have been up in the Magic Kingdom for a little while now and the parade was taped this week. Disney Springs is now in the Christmas spirit too.
We’ve all looked at the pyramid in the Mexico Pavilion at Epcot and thought “I wonder if you can climb that?” Common sense kicks in and keeps us from making an extremely poor decision…at least for most of us.
I’m sure you have seen this video by now, but a man was recorded climbing the pyramid and it looks like he made it to the top. Due to the behavior and the fact that it happened during Food and Wine Festival, people are naturally assuming he was drunk.
No reports have come out as to what has happened to the man and this is a topic of conversation in a lot of Disney forums today. People are thinking that he will probably be banned from the park. I would say there is a good chance of that. Disney likes to keep things happy and safe.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, the video was first posted on Instagram. In the article it says that the man climbed to the top and disappeared from sight. It’s assumed he climbed down the side of the pyramid. Apparently, a woman from his group tried to climb the pyramid too, but security stopped her.
It’s not clear what, if any, actions have been taken against the man.

Christmas has returned to the Magic Kingdom. The decorations are up and the first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is happening tonight. Another favorite of the Christmas season has also returned.
