Quick Time stopped recording at the very end of the video. All of the features were covered, but it cut out the contact info for us. We want to make sure you know you can email either me or Jay (the developer) if you have any problems, suggestions, or feedback. We have worked very hard on this app and want to make sure that you are happy with it.

When you open the app on your personal phone, click on purchase. It should give you a few options and one of them should be ‘restore purchase.’ Click on that and you should be all set.

Hello I just purchased full version how do I change for it to reflect Disneyland not Disney World? For example weather news ect.

As of right now the weather is just for Disney World. We don’t have an option to toggle, because the app was designed for a Disney World vacation. I can contact the developer and see if there is a way to add weather for Disneyland and have the option to switch back and forth.
The news is also focused more on Disney World, because my website is focused more on Disney World than Disneyland. I’ll see if there is a way to toggle the news between the two Disney properties, but that’s another question for the developer.

Can I make the countdown my screen image on my IPAD and or phone.

I don’t think Apple has a setting for you to make it your screen image and have it still count down. You can take a screenshot and use that as the image, but it won’t keep counting down. If Apple ever makes that a setting we will definitely update the app with that ability. I’d like to be able to do that too 🙂

Is there a possibility of updating the countdown to days, hours, mins, seconds? I have the app but would love to see it countdown to zero on an actual date and time! But still love the app!!

When you click on Select Background Photo you should be able to click on any of the photos to be the background photo or use the random selection option to get a different photo each time you open it. What happens when click on Select Background Photo?

As of right now there is no way to see the actual date for each notification. We’ve made a note of your question though, and will treat it as a suggestion. So we’ll see if there is a way to make that happen. Thank you for the suggestion!
Is there a way to move the coundown days on the screen? There is an option to resize and change location but no actual way to change location, not that I can determine.

If you press down on the countdown widget it will start to shake. Once it starts to shake you can move the countdown around the screen and place it elsewhere on the background picture.

To get rid of the ads click purchase you should get three options: Not Now, Restore Purchase, and Purchase. Click Restore Purchase and you should be all set. If it is still giving you trouble let me know and we’ll figure out what is going on. 🙂

Sorry the ad bar is still there. Have you tried shutting the app down completely? Sometimes if it’s still open in the background the restore purchase option won’t work. If that doesn’t work please let me know and I will contact the developer for more suggestions.

Can’t figure out how to make date stick to countdown. Scrolled month date and year but how to you get it to be stick to that date and then begin? Keeps saying 0 days remaining

After you choose the month, day, and year, you should be able to close the menu and have it show up. Make sure the year is right, I’ve done that before where I change the month and day, but not the year and it stayed at zero.

Hi! I purchased the app and put it on my iPad but would like it on my iPhone. I see the free version but when I click on the purchase and click on restores purchases. Can you help me with is issue?

I have tried the restore purchase but when I try it the app does nothing. The only button active on the free version is the buy for 99 cents. I really don’t want to purchase a full version again. Works great on my iPad but all I can see on my iPhone is the free copy. Can you help me with this?

So when you choose “Restore Purchase” it doesn’t do anything? I want to make sure I am understanding correctly.
My app icon will show the days to go (currently 251) and then the next day I open my phone it shows just a 2 digit number and it is never the same number or a countdown that matches any of the other notifications that it could be.

Is the badge count set to Countdown? If it is, I would suggest shutting it down completely (not just closing out of it) and restarting it. Let me know if that works, if not I will talk to Jay (the developer) and see if he has a better suggestion.

Unfortunately, Apple does not have this option available. If they do make this option available we would definitely work it into the app (I’d love to have that option too!). In order to have it on your lock screen you would have to take a picture of it and set it as the picture for the lock screen.
How do I get rid of the ad banner on the buttom? I have the updated “purchased” app. I have looked and reviewed comments, there is no area where it says “ Not Now, Restored, Purchase”
Just wondering how to get the ads off.

When you slide out the main menu to do you see anything that gives you the option to purchase the full version? That’s where it would give you the option to restore purchase. If you are not seeing that then I would recommend shutting the app down completely and opening it again. If none of these work for you please let me know. I will ask the developer for other suggestions.

The full version includes things like the ability to customize the widget size and colors, cropping the background picture, park tips (which I am currently in the process of updating), the option to set notifications for important date reminders (making dining reservations, booking FastPasses, when you can begin online check-in, notifications as your trip gets closer, time left to customize your MagicBands, and when it’s the best time to buy airline tickets), and adding the number of days left to your trip to the icon badge.

No problem! Do you have your badge count set to Notifications or Countdown? If you set it to Notifications there should be a 5 in a red circle that appears in the upper righthand corner. To change that you can go to the main menu, select notifications, and then there is an option of notifications or countdown. You can also turn the notifications off completely, if you want.

I tried everything and nothing works. When I click on restore purchase absolutely nothing happens. I really want to use the app and I paid for it already.
I’m sorry it’s not working! I talked to the developer and if you tried everything (restore purchase, closing the app in the background, deleting and reinstalling, etc.) and are using the same Apple ID he said you would have to contact Apple, because it’s an issue they would have to fix. I wish one of the usual fixes worked, hopefully Apple can fix it for you though!
I had no idea this was for Disney world. I assume when it said countdown to Disney there would be options to choose which park. Can I get a refund?

Sorry for the confusion. The description of the app lists what the app does and mentions Disney World, but I can talk to the developer to make it more clear. You should be able to get a refund by contacting Apple.

That app does not countdown hours and minutes. I can make the suggestion to the developer, but at this time it does not do that.
As for having the app as your background and showing the countdown, unfortunately Apple does not offer that feature. If they did we certainly would have it as a feature, because I would want to use it as my background too.
I’m sure Apple will refund your .99 if you contact them.
How does the slideshow work? I have the full version & have chosen pics but it hasn’t changed at all.

That’s weird. It should just cycle through background pictures while the app is open. Do you have the Apple version or the Android version?

I didn’t realize this was for Disney World not Disney land as the app title it “Disney” I want to cancel and not be charged for any further months. How do I do that?

Sorry for the confusion about the title, it states in the description that it’s for Disney World. Don’t worry, it’s not a monthly fee for the app, it’s only a one time charge of .99. I’m not sure if you’re using Apple or Android, but either way if you contact them and explain what happened they should be able to refund the money to you.

Is this for an iPhone or an Android. On Android there is a feature to have the widget appear on your screen, but unfortunately Apple doesn’t offer that feature.

You can set the wand widget to appear on your home screen. The option should be on the Main Menu.
I have an Android, I purchased the full version, yet there is no option in the menu for adding the widget to my phone screen. Also when I try to share I get a message that says “can not take screen shot”. If that all the app does I’m not sure why I paid for it, as I don’t need an app to take a screenshot, and opening the app to see the countdown is not what I bought it for. If it’s not an actual widget then I would like a refund.

I spoke with the developer and he gave me directions on how to add the widget to an Android phone. He said on a Home screen, touch and hold an empty space. Tap Widgets . Select and hold the Countdown widget. You’ll see images of your Home screens. Slide the widget to where you want it. Lift your finger. Once you lift your finger the widget should be on the screen you selected. Hope this helps!
In order to figure out the issue with the screen shot we’ll need to know which phone you have, so we can trouble shoot it.
I just upgraded to the full version on my iPhone XR and went to set the settings to mirror it on my iPad Pro and it will not allow it saying I have to purchase it again. I am using the same Apple ID on both machines.

Since you’re using the same Apple ID you should be able to select Purchase and then Restore Purchase. It won’t charge you again, but it will restore the app to what it should be with the paid version. If that doesn’t work please email me directly so we can figure out what’s going on.

Hi! I was trying to fix the news feed, and tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. However, the ads are back and it won’t let me purchase it since Google already knows I bought it.

I just bought the full version of this app. I was hoping I could have the widget show on my iPhone Home Screen. Is that possible?
I purchased this with the understanding that I could use it as a widget on my iPhone. It seems that purchasing the full version only allows you to change a couple things on the picture within the app. I would like a refund. I never would have purchased had it been clear this was only an app and not an actual widget.
Hi Jane! You have to swipe all the way right to get to the home screen (not on the app, on the main screen of your phone), scroll to the bottom, hit edit, scroll to the bottom again, hit customize, and then choose the app widget. If that doesn’t work for some reason, you will have to get a refund through Apple, we don’t have the ability to issue refunds. It should be pretty easy to get a refund once you contact them.
