These new reusable bags have been in the parks for around a month or so. They are really cute and they help in Disney’s ongoing effort towards conservation.
There are different sizes available and the price range is $1-$2. The smaller bags that I have are $1 and are the perfect size to use for lunches. Each bag is a different color and have different designs on them that are specific to each park. The bags are made from 80% recycled plastic bottles, which goes along with the conservation effort.
The Magic Kingdom bag is blue and has the park’s name on the front along with Cinderella Castle. On the back of the bag are different well-known attractions: Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, and “it’s a small world.” There is also a picture of Mickey smiling on the back of the bag. Mickey appears on all four bags, but he’s making different expressions on each bag.
The Epcot bag is black and along with the park’s name on the front of the bag is Spaceship Earth. On the back of the bag are different buildings from around the World Showcase, an image representing Mission Space, and the Monorail. On this bag Mickey is smiling and his side profile is shown.
The Hollywood Studios bag is red and it has the park’s name as well as an image representing the Hollywood Tower of Terror on the front of the bag. On the back of the bag are pictures representing Toy Story Land (the Luxo Ball and a Green Army Man parachuting into the picture), the entrance to the park, and Star Wars (an AT-AT is pictured). Mickey is shown winking on this bag.
The Animal Kingdom bag is beige with the Tree of Life and the park’s name on the front. On the back of the bag are pictures representing different areas around the park: Expedition Everest, a rhinoceros, and the flying mountains, banshees, and Na’vi from Pandora. Mickey is smiling on this bag as well and his look makes it seem like he is watching the Na’vi and banshees.
These bags are very cute! Plus, they are nice alternative to the plastic bags and they feel stronger than the plastic bags. The regular plastic bags are still available, this is just another option for those interested.
What do you think of these new reusable bags?
